As a Credit Trader you will: - Execute a variety of credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements. - Develop new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes. - Take a solutions-based approach to originating solutions to client needs and drive revenue growth in diverse market conditions - Negotiate, prepare, and close all legal contracts within the lending business. - Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify and structure credit opportunities to scale our lending business. - Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield and funding - Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi - Originate and manage key external funding partner relationships - Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements You may be a fit for this role if you have: - 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred. - Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing.
