What is the role: - We’re looking for a mission-driven, resilient Director of Accounting to work with the Head of Finance to build out the accounting department, ensuring that Offchain has accurate and timely financial reporting and implementing financial operating procedures. - This leader will roll up their sleeves and work both independently and as a manager. - This position is a great fit for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex blockchain related problems, and fully understands foundational accounting processes while helping us build for scale. A strong grasp of US GAAP, experience with accounting systems and integrations (such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Ramp), and a mindset focused on automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
