About the Role
Role Overview We are looking for a Podcast Manager to run the end-to-end operations of The Sujal Show. You will manage the entire podcast pipeline: Guest Outreach → Recording → Editing → Publishing → Clips → Distribution Your job is to ensure the podcast runs consistently, professionally, and without delays, while Sujal focuses on conversations and relationships. Key Responsibilities - Manage podcast schedule and recording calendar - Research and shortlist Web3 guests - Handle guest outreach and coordination - Identify viral clips and work with editors - Ensure consistent publishing and distribution. Must Have - 2+ years experience in podcast / media management - Strong understanding of Web3 - Excellent communication and organization - Ability to identify engaging topics and viral moments
